So last night i shut down my computer normally through windows, and now it turns on but wont run any of the pci slots.

Motherboard: Gigabyte x99 ultra gaming rev 1.0 ( fa6 bios )

Cpu: Intel i7- 5820k

Ram: 3200 G skill 16gb

SSD: samsung 500gb evo

PCU: Cossair 850 watt

Cooler: dual fan Cossair water pump

Graphics card: Msi GTX 1070

Windows 10 (64 bit)

I tried restarting with the battery

I tried a different graphics card

I tried a different pci lanes

I tried moving RAM around slots

I tried unpluging everything

I tried a different moniter

The water pump works, everything works, except the graphics car pci lanes.

I first knew something was wrong when i noticed the RGB lighting was red instead of blue on start up.

I never downloaded any potential viruses, i even had a small virus scanner i paid for.

I built this computer 4 months ago, and never had a serious problem till now.

Its like the mobo broke.

I have a warrenty for the mobo only, and all products were bought from Newegg.

The latest bios was classified as a "beta bios" with improved DDR capability.

I worked great all this time and i never even did more than youtube and netflix on it.

Everything works except the graphics card wont send a signal to the moniter.

THE MSI LOGO LIGHTS UP AND THE FANS SPIN TOO.

And i tried my brothers graphics card, which also does not work with my computer but it did 1 month ago

As i changed the graphics card throughout lanes, the computer would run for 5 secs shut off, run and shut off and then run normally.

The only thing i can think is that the bios screwed up, or i got a virus that did some software malfuntion. But if the bios was bad why would it happen 4 months after i updated it?

Is there anything more i can do myself?

I guess i shouldnt have flashed the bios, i did it because it thought my new m.2 ssd would work, it never did. So i just left the bios there.

UPDATE: I LOOKED UP BEEPS FOR GIGABYTE BIOS

"AWARD" SAYS 1 BEEP IS NORMAL

"AMI" SAYS 1 BEEP IS BAS MEMORY STICKS/ 2 BEEPS IS MEMORY FAILURE

I'm gonna try to find out if its the memory sticks

These two sound very weird together.

Also why would you ever update your BIOS if your system was running fine before? generally a terrible idea but the after thought isn't very helpful so I'll stop here.

Are there any Beeping sounds on start up?

There is 2 beeping sounds and its always been like that, its like low tone beep. Whenever it starts, it beeps then the RGB restarts and beeps again and then the moniter starts up

Have you tried using your GPU in a different system to see if it works?
