How much would a used 970 be worth

i currently have a build where i SLI 2x GTX 970 Asus Strix, but i only really need one to run my games the way i want to (1080p 60hz) and i think in late august im gonna buy a new gpu anyway, and i think what i want to do is sell one of the 970s and use that money to buy a used CPU probably combo-ed with something else to put in a new portable rig im going to be building out of a node 202 and then put the other 970 in that node 202 rig, but i figured it may make more sense to sell the 970 now because with all these new gpus coming out soon (price bumps because of 1080ti, and then also all of the vega gpus coming out soon) the price that people will pay for the 970 will considerably decrease, but anyway, looking at other various listings on other various sites i think i could sell this GPU for about 200 dollars, is that about right?

On eBay UK you see them go for around £160 as a Buy-It-Now price.

anywhere from 150~ USD or lower is fair to me. doesn't make much sense to go higher when there's the GTX 1060 3gb/RX470 which are almost equal to it 

Personal build >  New-ish AMD main gaming setup

$150 because strix. If it was more close to reference I would say $130 or so.
