What else can I try?

I posted here yesterday regarding an issue ive been having with youtube videos on all browsers.. Ive tried multiple things these include: 

 

- Running All tests

- Formatting windows 10

- Roll back drivers

- RMA'ed the card. 

 

Nothing seems to have fixed this issue, ill post the same picture with this topic, Just wanted to make a fresh post to see if anyone else has anything I can try.. Or better still if anyone else is suffering with this problem.. 

my setup:

 

i7 4790

GTX 1070 MSI Gaming X

16GB RAM

120GB Samsung SSD

The reason you shouldn't make a new topic, is that people are going to be suggesting the same solutions, and you're going to end up wasting your own time, along with others.

Does this happen on any video site e.g. Twitch?

Local storage videos are fine, It seems to be any video source online that is causing a problem for me, no Idea why

I'd contact your ISP.

Send an Email explaining your problem and use that picture as evidence.

Do you live in the UK? I have been having some friends telling me that their Youtube does not want to work either.

I do live in the UK yes, I have found a semi-fix to this problem this is by turning off HW acceleration.. But this is causing me other problems for example alot of the "Aw Snap" Errors etc.

In response to the bad internet response, this isnt happening with my laptop running on the same connection. Is that normal?

As I said before Email the ISP explaining your problem with pictures of evidence then they'll send out an engineer.

Try HDMI if you're using DP and vice versa.

I use 2 monitors, one connected via DVI and one HDMI same on both.

wonder what resolution or at what SPEED some of these are recorded.

and what your refresh rate might have to do with it.

It does happen with all videos yes, it may not happen on occasion until a while into the video also my refresh rates are 75hz on my secondary and 144hz main gaming monitor.

physically disconnect the 144 and give it a go.

Still happening with the 144 disabled.
