Booting questions

Nope, the system needs RAM to boot. You at least need a CPU, motherboard, memory and of course some way to get power to boot. That is only booting to the BIOS though, you need some sort of storage to boot to an OS.

RAM is pretty much a requirement. It'd be like asking if you can function as a normal human without your short-term memory.
