Hi! I'm looking to build a PC in the next few months, and I'm looking for opinions about my hardware choices. The PC isn't going to be aimed for gaming per se, but more for editing HD video, light color grading and such with some occasional gaming. So, running games at great quality and FPS isn't such a big requirement for me, it would be nice to play something from time to time. One of my main requirements is to make it somewhat future proof, so I can run it for a few years with upgrades.

Here's the whole part list, so you can tell me what would you change and why. Thank you!

  1. InWin 503 Black
  2. ASUS DVD±RW DRW-24D5M Black
  3. Gigabyte Radeon R7 370 2GB OC
  4. Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
  5. Corsair 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 2400MHz CL16 Vengeance LPX Red
  6. WD Green SSD 120GB 2.5"
  7. Seagate Barracuda 1TB 7200rpm 64MB
  8. MSI B250M MORTAR
  9. Intel Core i5 7600K 3.8 GHz 6MB
  10. EVGA BQ 500W

I would go with something with a higher core and thread count for editing personally, maybe a bit more RAM too.

This currently fits into my budget, so maybe I'll switch to an i7 later on.

If you can find a cheap 970 on ebay. It might be a better deal

I'll try to find it in Sweden, since importing it from the US will be quite a hassle, shipping, customs and all that.
