You know those cool intro's with logo's youtubers use in their video intro? i want someone to make one of those for me

 

is there anyone with the skill and capability to do this? i can pay you very decent

I'm going to assume the $100 budget is a big fat joke and the "top of the line" statement is sarcasm.

 

Why don't you look for Free AE templates online, download them, and make an intro for yourself.

I can say this that 100US will give you an intro made by a person like me. Someone that does some 3D modelling and editing for fun in his/her free time. 

 

Tbh a intro can take several hours to do especially if you need to design a logo. 

 

If you want top of the line proffesional made you will have to pay a lot more. So either find a template and or learn yourself or ask someone learning or amateur and hope they can do it decently enough. 

 

Personally I could probably do it. But I don't work that fast (school and stuff going on) and more info would be needed to know what to create and so forth.

Unless someone stumbles on this and offers to do it for free just to be nice, we don't really do this sort of thing here.  This is something that would be more suited to the classifieds section, but that is reserved for buying/selling/trading physical things like PC parts, not electronic goods like game codes, and certainly not work requests like this.
