Bingo, your Non Paged Pool is through the roof.

This is usually an indication of a driver problem, and usually when I see this problem it's the network driver. I would suggest updating that or roll back to a previous version if you're at the latest version already.

If that doesn't work I can go dig around for other possibilities.

http://prntscr.com/ec7wne That is a screenshot of Task Manager maybe a minute after I started my computer. I have 16GB of RAM. I am running Windows 10 64-bit. Wat do

looks like your AV scan is going on....

Also, any non shortcut on your desktop has to load into memory as well. I personally have zero items on my desktop period, not even shortcuts. So if you have some large xcel files, PDFs, game files etc... they will have to load into system memory on boot up if they are directly on your desktop.

Something doesn't look right. The top application on that list, and I'm presuming it's sorted by memory consumption, is only consuming 175MB.

Can you go to the Performance tab and take a screen shot of the memory section? I have a feeling your Non-Paged Pool is through the roof.

That worked. Gonna do the wireless driver as well just in case, but non-paged pool is down to 356MB. Thanks!

Memory consumption usually resets after rebooting, so it may come back. I also found another thing related to the network part of Windows you may want to disable: https://bluebluewave.wordpress.com/2014/02/27/memory-leak-in-windows-8-1-with-killer-e2200-and-windows-network-data-usage-monitoring/
