I'm assuming you have Ebay in Turkey.

If so, search for 'EVGA GTX 970 ACX 2.0'

I bought one (in the US, mind that) for $170, cheaper than a new 960 or 1060

I'd maybe wait for Ryzen and get a 4 core from them?

Either way, I'd take the GPU that would fit my budget... Pick an RX480 or a GTX1060. They are pretty equal, the 1060 is a bit cheaper, so... idk

Take out that cooler. Unless that is the only good power supply in your country, that is way more than what you need. Use that money and get an i5. Even better, wait for ryzen. How much is the 1060 6gb in your country?

I already have i3 6100 and all the parts from part picker already in my home i used them before but now they just sit and collect dust that is why i am trying to get a gpu and utilize the parts - i can try to sell them but in north cyprus it is kind of hard to find buyers.

anyways probably will got with GTX 1060 3gb even tho its 3gb wont be playing any games over 1080p so that wont be a problem and the cuda core is really what i go for since i can even 3d render utilizing the gpu in a weak cpu system like this.

Thanks i will post some benches when the system is online.

Don't. It falls apart even at 1080p with games that use a lot of VRAM like deus ex mankind divided

i watched couple of videos on youtube reviews and most of the differences are 4-5 fps to a 8gb rx480 so with this pricing i will kinda have to go with 1060 3gb :(
