Im replacing my one TB hard drive for a 2 TB... Do I have to reinstall everything?

My thoughts exactly, unless OP is giving away the older HDD there is no need what so ever to replace it, just install the second one along and use as storage.

Oh I see, in that case you could just use those Disk Clone utilities, i have never done it but this but this software here seems legit:

you could see youtube for instructions.
