Display problem with my first build

Hey so i build my first computer a few days ago and its been working fine while playing games and stuff but some times when i alt+tab between stuff or even open a browser i get these wierd color problems it changes back to normal if i scroll the page or sometimes even when i put my mouse over it.

Thinking its something wrong with my gpu. I have the latest drivers for it tho and its been working fine while gaming so thats wierd.

My specs are:

cpu: FX-8350 @4ghz

mobo: crosshair v formula-z bios version 1602

ram: g.skill sniper 1866hz 2x4gb

psu: corsair hx750

gpu: sapphire r9 280x vapor-x @stock

windows 8 64bit

I had a similar sort of problem with my gpu. Turned out to be a driver out of date. Double check that you have the latest drivers installed first. If not check overdrive to make sure your gpu isn't throttling. Shouldn't be if you're just on browsers but could be a cause. Other cause could be your hdmi/input cable. If none of these then I'd contact amd

try using anouther gpu if you have one or buy a gt 210 and then return it. change drivers so you are not using beta.
