Whats wrong with my pc?

I just startup my pc as normal and then the beep sound . Long time ago it also happened but I changed the ram and  run again without any problem. But now I changed another ram even cpu also same case. It won't show any display on monitor.

 

The beep code is 2long beep and 1 short beep

And you did state before that reseating the memory fixed it temporarily.

You may have faulty memory.

pull out the graphics (if external graphics are used) and all all the memory and see what beep codes you get.  Then install 1 stick of memory and see what happens.
