Best video editing cpu?

Looking for some advice on what cpu is the best when it comes to video editing with a budget of 500 usd.

Unless you already bought the motherboard, just wait 2 weeks and get a ryzen 1800x or similar.

Kaby lake won't be worth much for video editing.

If you did, you might want to return it. The skylake-x (7740k) and similar processors with more cores will likely be on x299, not a zn70 board.
