Hello,

Yesterday I dropped one of my external hard drives (Toshiba Canvio Basis 2TB) and I checked it afterwards but it seems to work as fine as before.

But just in case I want to use a diagnostic tools to check if it's still healthy or not.
I tried to search on their website for a tool, but I couldn't find anything.

What's the best diagnostic tools that I can use for this?

Thank you.

Well then. *smh*

I already said I searched for it but couldn't find anything useful. That's why I made a topic asking for help.

Crystal Disk Info:

http://crystalmark.info/download/index-e.html

You want Crystal Disk Info (Standard edition), installer (.exe) or get the Shizuku edition if you like anime.

As for drive scanning, I recommend HDDscan (surface test) http://hddscan.com/

Sadly if it were Seagate (Seatools) or WD / HGST (WD Lifeguard Diagnostics / WinDFT), they have their own software for scanning drives...Toshiba not so much (At least what I could find).
