Guys having really bad issues with AMD driver. Using R7 360 by Asus. Currently running 17.1.1 Driver.  It's been like that for about two months i guess since 16.x.x drivers came.

Issues are mainly with dual monitor setup when i hook my 2nd monitor both are showing artifacts (Sort of screen "tearing")

And the memory clock seems to stuck at 150Mhz for some reason (When using 1 screen is just fine)

Reported my issue couple of times to AMD but no response.

On that subject i use my PC mainly for photoshop and android studio - so the 2nd screen is helpful.

Other specs in my signature.

Another bug is the automatic fan speed - you can kill your card with it i forget to turn up the speed once and the pc shut down in 15min while playing game.

Has anybody found solution to issue mentioned ? AMD doesn't mention those in their release notes under "Known issues"

update to the latest 17.2.1 and you should be good let me refer you to this thread regarding drivers and multi monitor setups

I have been reading that earlier. But i am actually scared to update the driver :D I don't want it to become even worse because i need my computer :D

I will try 17.2.1 If that's worse i will go back to 15.x.x driver from asus website and stick with it until AMD finally manages to fix their drivers.

And their website isn't working for some reason today. www.amd.com Atleast that will get fixed quicker than the driver :D

I guess they are preparing new Ryzen stuff to be included in it :D

it is fixed as you can see i was the OP of the thread having the same issues as you which were fixed in the update i have posted last. the site is down for me too so i guess just wait or disconnect 1 monitor.

GPU drivers giving you a hard time? Try this! (DDU)
