Increase CPU Usage via Batch

Strange request I know but right now I sort of need something like this - I had one before but I can't remember where I found it and I think I may have deleted it - but basically I need a batch file that will strain my CPU but not to 100% - maybe like 10% everytime I open a new batch - it sounds strange I know but right now I need to produce heat. Anything that can help?

Create a batch file that opens 1,000 internet tabs that led to pornhub. From my experience, your CPU usage will fucking spike.

Really good idea and all - but I need something that more or less spams multiple numbers into a batch file

Okay, but do you need load or heat? Because you can get both with a program like AIDA64 or Prime95.

I need heat - but what I want to be able to do things like play games so it can't be too much load  - nothing too intensive: GMod. The CPU I have is a 5820K so you can use that to assume how much I need. http://imgur.com/a/7PCiX - Basically my Leopard Gecko's lamp has died and I'm getting a new one today - but she's probably freezing despite me having my house heating on - therefore, I decided to try something like this to keep her warm-ish.
