Hi I was wondering if I could change the tubing on my AIO and the liquid in it because I'm jelous of all the custom loop people.

Theoretically, yes, However, you will need to fashion a way to attach the tubing and figure out how to fill the loop once the tubing is installed. 

 

Practically, it's not a good idea and will most likely end up leaking unless you know what you're doing. It almost certainly won't look nice.

Could I add a reservoir into the mix to fill it up? And hose clamps?

Just make a custom loop instead of trying to frankenstein your aio into one
