Microphone squeaking

Whenever I start to play games or join my friends in a discord call, my mic starts making this squeaking noise. The only way I have been able to fix it is by unplugging and re-plugging my microphone (Logitech Webcam C500). I don't know what the problem is either, I think its something with my motherboard (Gigabyte H110M-H). Anyone else ever have this problem?

try updating the drivers from the website
