i had this on a computer i had to fix, has it been running slow for no apparent reason?

If not you can get the iso (free & legally) with mucrosofts official tool here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/software-download/windows10

Bow down to me humans.

I can't help if you don't quote me. How am I supposed to know if you need my premium support? Now starting at £399.99 a year.

Also, be a sport and mark the correct answer as the correct answer. It will help pour souls in the future when they are stuck and need guidance.

I would get a 4Gb usbdirive and go to windowsmediacreationtool. Download the tool select your usb drive and you're good. Just plug it in and boot off of it. You can delete the partitions and everything when you reinstall.

Unsure what power supply to pick?

Check out my HTPC build.

Why don't you try ccleaner? They have a tool for uninstalling anything basically.

It remembers your key based on motherboard and components. You don't have to enter it.

Well I mean you can uninstall the games seperatly with ccleaner. You can keep windows installed on it and it'll be fine.

If it's the games you just want to get rid of, yeah Ccleaner. If you just want to start again - you'll loose all of your data, downloads, and all that other crap. but boot from the disk. remember to use the same microsoft account as otherwise transferring the producut key is impossible and you'll need a new one

Okay but right now before I reset my pc where do I go to reset it. To the reset option on my pc that is running on my ssd where win 10 is installed. Or shutdown my pc, boot from win 10 and reset from there.

Actually it will remember your system based on hardware. I reinstalled windows on my computer and I don't have a micro soft account and it still activated.

It only tells me about the option i've already tried. The one thats tells me there's an error. And it tells me the one from usb. the thing is I already have it but from the disk microsoft sent me when I bought win 10. My question is do I just use the cd or do I make a usb one?

i would make a usb. it will be the latest version of windows, whereas the disk will be a much older - or even release version. you will need a usb around 4GB through.

it will format the USB (deleting everything) but after, if there's still space for it, it can go back on and will not do a thing. i would put it in a folder through.
