Help?!?!

Hi there i want to build my own pc but i live in Ireland where all parts are significantly more expensive than the US does anybody know of any supplier in the EU that sells parts cheaper than amazon?. and if i order something from the US im gonna have to pay import charges. and is it worth waiting for the new Ryzen CPU's to come out or should i go with intel?

Don't know about the other concerns, but wait for Ryzen, if the rumors are right it's going to be released on March, and it's promising a lot which will force Intel to reduce it's prices

Just wait for Ryzen and go with a locked CPU, if you cant afford overclocking an i7 you should go with the locked one instead of overclocking the i5, this way you save a good cash.

Many countries actually manufactures more common motherboards domestically to cheap prices so you could get a cheaper h110m with the 6700 and have a very very solid CPU for years to come, and if that one is still too above your budget a 6500 will do the trick, dont mind Kaby Lake they are too expensive outside usa market indeed due to importations, allied to the fact the performance gains are nothing to lose you dream over.

Ryzen might come with an even better deal although if by chance it isnt, at least it should drop Intel prices a bit, so wait.

I'd wait for Ryzen, most definitely. Since I'm not from Europe either, can't help you out much on those regards, but import taxes is something you should be concerned with and look up the local laws for your country (and not only the laws, but the procedures you'd have to go through to get any international shipment package delivered to you without major problems). However, mostly for convenience reasons, I'd suggest you try to find the best prices in your specific region, for any warranties/support/etc. will take a lot longer if you have to exchange an item bought abroad (plus, you have to consider shipping prices and import-export taxes too in those cases, maybe, depending on your country's laws). I believe most of the times you might end up paying more (how much more will depend on taxes and shipping, of course) to acquire the parts you need near your home, but you might save a lot of time and money (which, obviously, equals to money²!) that way. You have to consider that even the best shipping methods might break a single tiny part of, say, your motherboard. And then... Well, we all know how it goes from there! Anyway, good luck on your build!
