Hackintosh build

Hey, so i've been thinking about doing a hackintosh as a second pc primarily for word processing and web browsing. However theres a couple things ive been wondering.

  1. I see in tutorial people always using nvidia gpus and I was wondering is it possible to use intel intergrated grapgics
  2. I also do not own a mac or have access to a mac is it possible to get the downloads anyother way
