Overclocked RX 460(no factory oc.) or 1050?

Would rx 460 perform better than gtx 1050 if I overclocked it to it's limits? I will build a budget build and combine one of theese two cards with cheap Ryzen cpu.

The 10 series are better OCers in general + the fact that the 1050 is already a leap forward out of the box, make it a easy answer.

You can get a used R9 280/x for $100-$105 which is even closer to a 1050Ti in performance
