Is this normal? Newbie asks

Hey party people,

I finally got my gaming PC. 

i7 7700k

Galax 1070 HoF
16 GB ram with 2400 Hz

Everything works fine, and I wanted to check FPS in "real world usage" so I downloaded Overwatch and BF1. I set Overwatch on epic settings and got a GPU usage of 99% at around 60°C,is that normal? In BF1, ultra setting, 80% GPU usage, at only 50°C?!

Its a good cooler, it might not be normal but very good.
