S340 Elite or Enthoo pro m glass?

leelaa14

I like both cases a lot, but I think the enthoo is probably better. Both are around the same price, what do you think?

The NZXT

I have it and I LOVE it! Amazon has it on sale.

The cable managment in the case is top notch. I never thought I'd actually use the puck, but I use it every day.

I like them both a lot, also just to be a dick lol, throw an INWIN 303 and a Phanteks Evolv Tempered in there as its pretty similar xD

I think the Evolv or the White Elite 340, I also love my INWIN .... its kinda hard to decide lol

I'm a Phanteks fanboy, their clean designs have really got me hooked, but the NZXT S340 is another really good case.

Yeah, I'm thinking about using the Enthu evolve Tempered glass edition for a custom hard-line water-cooled build that i am thinking about doing, its not yet final but maybe.

This is why I'm thinking the phanteks.
Although I'm using an h105 aio, I feel I may want to have a go at doing a custom loop in the future.
As far as I can tell, Phanteks made it a bit easier than the NZXT to fit a pump etc, not that it's impossible to do in the nzxt.

Enthoo Pro M will accommodate an optical drive and more cooling options.

Its larger and the audio/usb ports are on the window side. So intended to be placed on the table to your right.

You will have issues placing it in a narrow slot between to vertical surfaces (ports will be blocked)

S340 obviously more compact and looks much cleaner everywhere. Ports on top and high feet clearance means you can put this on the floor and on carpeting.

Has more USB ports and that HDMI passthrough. VERY limited cooling options if you want to use an AIO.

In my opinion the S340 is perfect for mid range builds and builds that you slap bang together with infrequent upgrades.

Enthoo Pro M the more versatile case and has the space and mountings to accommodate more 'ambitious' builds.

Yeah this has sold me haha. Thanks for all the replies guys.

I think they're both really good choices. And tbh, you honestly can't go wrong with either one.

I'd def look up some example pictures of people who installed cutom loops in their systems. Will help you get a better idea.

I personally really like the wire management bar that NZXT has installed. As well as the front panel, which comes with an HDMI output + cable for VR, which is a plus.

If you don't mind, which did you pick and why?

Enthoo, it has more options for me.
Not to mention the i/o being where it is will suit me as I have my case sideways.
I'm in the process of moving on from the "Gamer" look and trying to just make it look nice and smart. Edit. Also the optical bay is nice, I'm still using DVD drives to burn the kids movies....keeps 'em happy.

Yes, good choice.

The S340's top I/O would be rendered practically useless in that position.

Enthoo Pro's less clean looking front also no longer a bad point.

Just to remind, if you not using the optical bay, its internal mount can be detached.

Your Corsair AIO will shine its new home.

All the best to your new build :)

Thank you :)
