I5 6400 not working

I dropped my i5 6400 by mistake it worked for one day after that with some performance issue.

The next day the pc won't boot. Are Intel processors repairable? Is there a way to fix it. The chip was bent slightly from three sides. 

Please help

Chances are it's not making proper contact with the socket because it's bent

 

Bend it back and break it even more
