Planning my first PC build, and Im really looking into Ryzen, but I'll be making my final decision as to Ryzen or Intel when reviewers can get ahold of the final copy and do their reviews. I know according to reports, review samples will be sent out on FEB28 and it will finally be released on MAR02. Until then, I do not have CPU or Motherboard on the list.

https://pcpartpicker.com/list/NTtgKZ

G.Skill Ripjaws V 16GB DDR4-3000 CL14

Samsung 850 EVO 250GB(Though Im considering the 500GB due to the sale and offer at Best Buy right now)

Western Digital Black 1TB (also considering WD VelociRaptor 1TB, though I'm iffy about it being $123 on Amazon and $351 on NewEgg. Both have mixed reviews about receving this product with or without the "Icepack")

MSI GeForce GTX 1070 Gaming X

Corsair 750D Airflow Edition

EVGA SuperNOVA G3 1000W

EVGA SuperNOVA G3 1000W is a bit much, you dont even have a powerful enough GPU and maybe Ryzen won't be that power hungry

... You might want to turn that a bit xD

Been said but PSU can be a good 350 watts lowers and you still have wiggle room.

Yeah but unless he is doing massive data transfers he would never tell the difference.

the only way I can tell the difference is because my laptop boots quicker on some random ssd than the one on my pc

That could also be because your laptop has less to load on boot.

Im not changing the case, that(to be honest) I am dead set on. I will definately look into cutting back a bit on the PSU and I was thinking about the SSD Plus, but I've decided on the 850 EVO. I have seen Team Dark, but I've honestly never heard of them before and I don't know about their proformance.

I have looked into the PNY 1070, and I was unsure, because of the lack of any kind of reviews on it. I have thought of using a 1080 due to wanting to be running at 4K, but I haven't been sure about it.

Revised version with the GTX 1080. I'd probably go with the red RAM and pay the extra few dollars to keep with the Red and Black color scheme.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/samsung-850-evo-500gb-internal-serial-ata-solid-state-drive-for-laptops-black/1662009.p?skuId=1662009

850 EVO right at best buy is $159.99, and they give you a digital copy of Watch Dogs 2 and $20 or 8x8 photobook on shutterfly(which i don't really care about the latter.)

I am planning on Overclocking, and using this computer for gaming mainly while I get into streaming and content creation.
