Im from the  philippines budget may be 100$?

$100 USD as in around ₱5000, correct? If I remember the prices in the Philippines correctly, I'm surprise that you can get he Seasonic X within that price point. Can you provide a link to stores you are buying from (to see if we can find a possible alternatives out of those three, as well as for myself for future recommendations to those from the Philippines)?

No they're not!

The Seasonic M12II-620 EVO is a bad unit for the price, has bad protection, is loud and group regulated -> no chance it is really haswell compatible.

The EVGA 650GQ is a more expansive and rather loud version of the Straight Power 10 -> OKish, depends on price.

THe Seasonic is BY FAR the best oneIt's EOL but still by far the best of the bunch...

Pff, there's nothing better within that price point.

Pff, there's nothing better within that price point.

Xilence Performance A+, 530W, when available

cooler Master G550...

A 6x0W unit for the rig he posted is just stupid, if there are better options available and the price is a concern...

A good quality 450W (+/-50W) is more than plenty! Hell, even a 3x0W PSU would be enough...
