Administrator is lacking permissions

I am trying to delete a folder on my D drive and I am the only person who uses this computer. When I go to delete it, it says "You require permission from Administrators to make changes to this folder." How do I delete this. I am running windows 10

No, its for an antimaleware program I dont want anymore

Then the program may still be installed.

Some anti-virus programmes require a password to remove. I recommend going through your installed programs and deleting the unwanted program.

uninstall the antivirus then try to delete it.

if that doesn't work

run cmd as admin

takeown D:\

then try again

It is not under "Uninstall or Change a program"

The folder is called Anti-Malware and
TAKEOWN D:\ Anti-Malware isnt working

Just a quick one, if you right click the folder and go to properties > security. Try re-enabling privileges to delete the folder?

Right click on the folder and go to properties > security and change the owner from whatever (probably trusted installer) to you

Im getting "failed to enumerate objects in the container. Access is denied"

What is the full name of the program?

When you change the owner try ticking "Replace owner on subcontainers and objects" and "Replace all child object permissions entries with inheritable permission entries from this object."
