So I gave this guy my PC and told him to format it. And after it got formatted by him and he turned it on , sure it turned on but it would not boot up. But still he charged me 200+ for it (fucking asshole). Is there a way to fix this problem.

unless the currency is not euros or dollars, you paid waaaaay too much. and I do indeed think that he just deleted everything including windows. for that price he should have reïnstalled an operating system tho

Yes.

Install an operating system (eg. windows)

The guy did exactly what you told him to, you told him to format your computer (delete everything), so he did.

Why would you pay someone to make a clean install just search for How to do a clean install of windows 10 on youtube and you are done?
