Does anyone else have a problem of quite bad Twitch stuttering when viewing peoples streams, regardless of the level of quality?, If you saw my "Woot got my fiber" thread you'll know my connection speed. (75/17.5), My problem is the stuttering is rather annoying, 2 Streams I frequently watch, one streams at 1080p @ 60FPS, the other does around 1080p @ 30-40FPS ish. Anyone else having the same problem or is it across the board?

Cpu: i5-2500k @4.8Ghz, MB: Asus Maximus V Formula, CPU cooler: Be quiet! Dark rock pro 2, GPU: Evga Gtx660 FTW@1.24ghz. Ram: Corsair Vengeance 8GB 1866Mhz, PSU: Be quiet! 730w Semi modular, SSD: Corsair force 3 240Gb, HDD: WD Green 1TB, Case: Nzxt H2 with 4 Corsair SP120's, Win7

Not sure. Flash is intergrated into chrome so I'm not entirely sure if that updates the internal flash for Chrome, I know it affects youtube as that uses the external flash.

Don't use Chrome anymore. I pretty much use other browsers when Google Chrome's flash lags on me. Mozilla has all the add-ons I use on Google Chrome. So you might want to consider switching.
