Driver not working

Ok, so whenever I try to download the AMD drivers/nvidia drivers it does not work. the nvidia drivers just say that it isnt working and the AMD drivers say error 1603 and the display/audio drivers fail to install. I've tried using DDU several times as well as taking out and putting back in different GPUs. Can anybody help me.
