roccat Isku is white and around $50/£50 ( you didnt state a currency) it has black keys but programmable red back lights.

Only keyboard I could find on PCPartPicker that was red and white and under $50. Doesn't include a mouse, and looks hideous IMO.

Well, I've got a Ducky Shine 5 white edition and a Cougar 550M for one of my machines. Both are white (shine 5 is black/white), and have RGB lighting so you could make it red.
