Which ultrabook to buy?

my mum uses a lenovo yoga700 11, it's a good machine. battery life is a little shorter than expected, but still good at 6h+ and the machine feels premium. 710 is even better.

I'm gonna study business it and management from September and I need an ultrabook for university. I'm from Hungary, so there is about a 25-40% price premium here and my budget is very limited. I was thinking about the Acer Swift 3 and the Lenovo 710s, I need more performance than the core m, so the sweet spot for me is the i5-7200u/8gb ram/256gb ssd combo. Used Macbook are out of question, I need windows. Both are around 950 bucks here. Which of these do you suggest and do you have any personal experiences with these machines?
