I have a problem of which I had posted a topic but it had 16 views and not a single reply.In which forum do you think I will find the answer to my question?

Just give it more time. While this is among the fastest responding forums, more special issue, longer it takes. Give it 8-48h and you might get some good replies.

I posted 3 different threads about the same problem, waiting 24 hours inbetween all three, and I got 50+ views with 2 total responses among all three.
