Server 2012R2. I just accidentally deleted all my DNS service information. Yeah, oops. This server is the only one in the domain so it's the primary domain controller, dhcp, dns and everything else, how do i get all the dns records back. I've spent the past 3 hours googling and nothing worked, i figured i'd just reinstall AD and it would do it, which is correct but i will loose all my AD configs as it's the only domain controller, this would be fine i didn't have a butt ton of group policies. Anyone know what to do? Or am i screwed.. :/

I ilke trains.

Does this article help? http://networkerslog.blogspot.com/2011/11/how-to-rebuild-ad-integrated-dns.html?m=1

I found it, and similar ones, by searching "rebuild dns ad"

Looking to buy GTX690, other multi-GPU cards, or single-slot graphics cards:

Backups, Backups, backups

whenever making big changes like this, backup first.

if you're running VM's? Snapshot first

simply put

Anytime you are about to do anything potentially destructive to data, you should backup first
