how likely is it to OC a 8320 to 4.0 GHz? cuz its alot extra money for a 8350

If its quad core it'll still be a good cpu. Not everyone has the money to spend to get a 6 core or 8 core processor.

I can get mine to 5 with no issues (Darn you bad cooler) so 4 is extremely easy

That kinda depends on your cooling, but amd chips are usually good for over clocking. They do tend to run hot, so make sure you get a high quality aftermarket cooler

I could probably get it to 5 on a H100i or a proper loop with a 240/360 RAD. My H20 620 doesn't allow that though.

You can easily get to 4.0GHz with an AMD FX-8320 on air and much higher on water.
