I'm guessing that you missed the "fulfilled by Amazon" bit as that tells you that it's actually in their warehouse and not the sellers, but pretty much these chancers think that this is made from unobtanium and charge as much as they think they can get away with since it's over $100 on the used marketplace.

While some Logitech trackballs are indeed worth close to this insane amount of money, this one is not.

Old, discontinued product from 2002. This always happen with discontinued products, prices go through the roof due to low availability and the chance to fall on "that one idiot" who will be willing to pay a lot more than its worth, be it for collecting or for sentimental value.
