Netlimiter IS amazing.

If you upload to youtube, (and like most aussies on adsl2) you have 100Kb/s Upload.

Setting 60-70% of the total upload (65-70Kb/s) then there is 0-1% changes to ping and everyone elses use on the network.

No limits - 100%/100Kb/s and everyone suffers, pings included.

 

So yeah, it's my personal "Multi-tasking" network enhancer.

Another wicked program is "Desktop Save Restore" (Desktop Icon placement profiles) <- if ever a fullscreen game/app screws resolution/icons upon return to windows you just rightclick desktop and hit restore or save.
