I use a VPN and it seems to not change to the virtual IP when its turned on, took me closing down its own internet window a couple times, I tried clearing the cookies in the browser and also ran ccleaner. Is it because I have other internet browser windows open.

 

Also the VPN software is showing the wrong location of the real IP location, but when I type in the browser whats my ip address, it shows it right down to the zip code.

Which vpn provider and what activities do you do when using a vpn? (e.g. Connecting to US Netflix, P2P, file sharing, banking, etc.)

Well down the road I will be doing P2P file sharing. But I initially got it to bypass Amazon and Netflix geo location block but havent done anything to get that going. Waiting for Amazon's Grand Tour (Old Top Gear guys) channel to come to my country. So basicaly nothing but internet. I had some windows internet on real ip, but always open new window after I start vpn. Took 5 minutes tonight.
