Current build in progress won't boot properly.

So I have this old LGA 775 motherboard and I put my Core 2 Quad in it.  It boots!

So I threw in an old 500GB HDD because, super budget gaming build?  Yes. 


Anyways, I'm trying to boot from my Windows 10 USB to install Windows.  I know the USB works because I used it on my roommate's MacBook Pro to install Windows 10.

But now this computer is refusing to boot past the Windows logo (so I can't install Windows), and if you restart this bitch, it won't completely restart, stays at a blank screen.

 

What can I try to get this to boot/install Windows?

happened on my old computer i was trying to restore - i would use a different hard drive - the windows on those hard drives are generally corrupted after a while and things go wrong and don't write properly

It's a 500GB hard drive I have that I know works.  Doesn't have Windows on it, also, the USB I'm trying to install Windows 10 from won't even load the installer, when I've already used this flashdrive.
