Why Does my D key only work when I use shift with it? [Solved]

When ever I hit the D key by its self it Doesn't register but if I holD shift anD hit it then it works fine. I thought it was my keyboarD at first but I went anD bought a new one anD the issue is still happening. 

Case - NZXT GAMMA Classic Series

Motherboard - ASUS M5A97 R2.0 

Processor - AMD FX-6300 @ 3.87Ghz

GPU - MSI Geforce GTX 760 2Gb 

RAM - DDR3 G.Skill Sniper series 8Gb (2 x 4Gb) 

Heat Sink - ARCTIC Freezer 7 Pro Rev. 2 

Hard Drive - Western Digital 1Tb Green

I checkeD but its set to the right language.

I fixed the problem, in my Ge force experience hotkeys i had it set so toggle the fps counter. So, i changed it to something else.
