GIMP 2 HELP!!1

So I'm trying to create a custom made emblem on Gimp 2. and when I wrap the text on the path I made, it doesn't take advantage of the whole path, then half the path isn't covered with text.

 

The Albay Step 2, that shows the text I want, but when i try to make the words spread out on the text, it doesn't.

 

The Paint Image is an example of my problem and how it doesn't use the whole path.

 

If anyone can link me a video for this, it will be GLADLY appreciated.

I can check it out when I'm back home later today. You can adjust space between letters of single word from text tool options. If you want more space between two words, best is to have them as two separate objects.

Something like this?

 

Steps taken:

- Added new paths for both words.

- Added both texts as text layers

- Used Times New Roman 18pt as font, upper text uses 10,0px spacing between letters (I found out that you can use different spacing for different parts by selecting them separetly), lower text uses 6,0px spacing.

- Rotated both text layers so that they are more in line.

um can i ask a favor if you don't mind, can you add another S in the word "Express?", I see it's only one S, if you don't mind.

Didn't save the project, it was just example I'll try again when I'm back from work about 5h from now.

Here 'ya go. They aren't exactly in line, but thats because the circle's aren't round.
