Push/Pull Airflow Fans = Higher Static Pressure?!

I've been having a lot of trouble researching this to find a conclusion. I'm looking to replace the fairly noisy static pressure fan on an H5 Universal possibly in exchange for a push/pull config with two airflow fans that are a lot quieter and move a decent amount of air but are rated at about half the static pressure. What I'm wondering is if two of these lowish static pressure fans working together in push/pull will increase their static pressure by a good margin because there are two of them overcoming the radiator resistance or if it simply doesn't work like that with airflow-optimized fans.

 

It's either going to be a push/pull with two Prolimatech PRO-USV14 at full RPM or another stock CRYORIG XT140 in push/pull running at a lower RPM to decrease their noise levels. I'm hard-pressed to decide which configuration will perform better. I like the look of the Prolimatech fans better, but performance matters a bit more.

 

TL;DR

 

Does putting two airflow-optimized fans in push/pull increase their low static pressure by a decent amount? I'm debating against push/pull with efficient and quiet airflow fans at full RPM vs push/pull with another stock CPU cooler static pressure fan in the same config both with reduced RPM to minimize their noise because they're generally louder.

Having fans in push pull regularly don't add much to performance but with airflow edition fans can help slightly, however replacing them with static pressure equivalents would be best suited for the application. Have you tried turn the original fans down to help reduce noise?

That's what I figured (push/pull helping more with AF fans than SP fans), but to what I extent I don't know. And yeah, that's what I'm considering. I don't know whether to do push/pull with SP fans at low RPM or push/pull with airflow fans at full RPM. I don't actually have the fans to test which would perform better when both are set to barely audible RPM.

The originals on the H5 aren't exactly the best option as they are thin fans which aren't known for their pressure capabilities, but with how the fairly open fin array on the cooler it is less restrictive than most. If you are going for silence and performance and SP fan would be ideal, if you ran them at a low RPM.
