They are no different than a custom loop so you can mix and match components add more blocks and rads as needed. As for GPU's with waterblocks already on them are are some options out there EVGA being one of them:

You should be ok with the length they give you usually it's with a bit of extra, you will however need some extra fittings and if your plan on overclocking both CPU and GPU I would recommend to look in to P360 kit

Umm Anychance you know the thermal take kits at all? Im in canada and that kit is in usd price which is a lot more then it is but the thermal take one is the same price but in canada soo do you think its worth paying the extra 200$ ish for ek?

Don't get the Thermaltake ones they're not recommended as they are mixed metal loops and don't have the best pumps.

They're good the only thing is with the bay pump res combos units they tend to pass vibrations readily through to the case making excessive noise. The tube res versions are much better in that regard.

No worries the L360 kit is not bad that uses the DDC series of pumps which is also good just a little more audible than the D5, and a thinner radiator.
