He shouldn't worry about bottlenecks, it's a good system.

Does he want to overclock? If he wants to overclock, he will need a i7-6700K, a i7-6700 can't be overclocked.

Don't really see a bottleneck. However, you don't need a z270 motherboard if you are going to use a non-K processor.

Which mobo do you advice then?

Anything with another chipset (B150/250 for example). If you create a build on pcpartpicker, you can see which motherboards are compatible and you should choose something with an H or a B instead of a Z. A Z board will work just as well, but they are more expensive and not really necessary if you don't plan on OC'ing the CPU.

Z boards pair with a K processor. So,

nah, he doesn't want to overclock. Maybe at the end of its lifetime.

He will need a 6700k and a Z170/Z270 motherboard.

If he still wants to go for a 6700 then he should go with a B150/B250 or a H110/H170/H270 because they are cheaper and the Z motherboard won't do him any good with a non-overclockable CPU.

CSM isn't a good PSU as @AluminiumTech mentioned, get an EVGA G2, Seasonic or XFX (Seasonic design) PSU.

Keep the Z series board if he wants, or go for H170/110, B series, etc. He is not missing out on many good features.

idk

CS and CX aren't great power supplies. They're more like what i'd expect in a low end gaming PC or an Office PC.

If you are gaming then you should be looking at Corsair's RMx or above series or something comparable from Seasonic or Antec.

It's an OK PSU but yeah, not as good as the G2 or XFX XTS or whatever OP might be looking at. The EVGA B2 can often be found at a similar price point to the CSM.
