I like Impractical Jokers on TruTV. Since I found them I also kinda liked some other shows on that channel like Carbanaro Effect and Adam Ruins Everything.

If you've never seen The Shield, you should definitely watch that.

Psych is hilarious.  One of my favorite shows ever, simply for its premise. A hyper observant fake detective, and his hypochondriac friend start a psychic detective agency, to fool the local police department and work with them. Closed 1 hour episodes, witty dialogue, with completely unique storylines.  

 

Mr Robot is also the best new show that is out right now.  I am in love with the show...  A deranged, mentally unstable hacker, poses as a cyber security analyst in the worlds largest corporation, so he can infect their networks with a trojan horse, to encrypt all of the nations debt.  It's very finchian, and harkens back to kubrick, and many of the great film makers of this and last generation.  There are little nods in the show to star wars, and back to the future, fight club, eyes wide shut, shining, matrix, 2001 a space odyssey, american psycho.  If you're a film nerd or a computer nerd, you'll love it.
