what speeds can i get if i use cable modem each wifi desired location with right passthru splitters not connect any those modems to isp cable system so can use full wire spectrum. and then used seperate cabmodem sent internet from ispmodem ethport to ethport closedsystem modem. would internet be sharable on other ccmodems and still have fast lan speeds

Your explanation is not very clear. Can you elaborate on what you mean? Or perhaps draw out a diagram (Using Paint or something) laying out what you mean?

First things first: If you're using a cable modem as a router without connecting the "modem" part (the Coax Cable), it's a bit of a waste of the functionality. Totally fine if you just happen to have two cable modems sitting around, but if you intend on buying any equipment, just buy a regular Router that has the features/speeds/ports you need.

If you're connecting a second cable modem to the network in any way, then it is NOT a "closed circuit" network. A closed circuit network, is by definition, not connected to the internet, at all, in any capacity.

I'm going to be honest, I have no idea what you're talking about, and I'm having difficulty understanding what you're trying to say. I assume English isn't your native language.

Perhaps someone else might be able to assist better if they understand what you're trying to say.

What in the fuck are you trying to do. Are you trying to re-purpose some of the coax for other things? You need to be careful, this not only could break the CC terms but US federal law. Considering who's the president, I wouldn't rub the bear the wrong way. Also your spelling skills are worse than mine, and mine are pretty fucking bad. No offense.

Now if your isolating that coax from the ISP's line, then you should be ok. As far as how the Upstream and Downstream of cable internet works, to my understanding its part of the DOCSIS standard. I dont think you can change it, cable modems also have to be provisioned from the IPS. They tend to download firmware and shit to your modem. Which makes it work and sets what speed you can use.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.

yes spelling sucks but doing this xbox controller.  their no fear of fcc violations unless try to send my signals out to isp line and only if harmful interference. yes docsis is where changes need be made was hoping someone with that knowledge software and firmware and hardware could help. coax cheap cable modems bestbuy shelf 50 bucks or less 100 for decent one. really freettime see if work and how well. thanks for thinking time dalek

regardless 12 dollars for MOCA2.0 filter for the isp demarcation point. but moca devices i do not carefor   not cheap and require double coax wire for homerun system setup. this for 150mhz freqspace at top tippy scale cable space.

According to my doctor I shouldn't be eating powder sugar. Also I am a poor, tired college student.

The only other way to use Coax is MOCA to my understanding. Even then Moca 2.0 devices use 1Ghz to 1.5 Ghz. Last I checked you dont need double coax. The bonded adapters are for if you need to pass TV or maybe even your cable modem signal through. Ive done lots of research in to MOCA as I was going to upgrade to it at one point. Then I got to put the modem and router in my room, which means now I dont need to use moca.

Im not sure how to even put the firmware on the cable modem in the first place. Not sure if you need special equipment.

I just want to sit back and watch the world burn.
