Just wondering if it's possible to get keycaps with the printing on the front side, that still allow some sort of backlighting through? I love the ninja printing, but I'd like to keep at least a little light coming through them.

not really shine-through, but they're good. the caveat: you have to wait until late April

Hmm not quite what I'm going for, but thanks for the suggestion.

well you can get one while they're making the keyset, since it ships in late April. just make sure you get one with Cherry MX stems in ANSI standard layout

Is it a 104 key set?

Can you define a little bit more on what your wanting? any examples?

So I'm after just plain keycaps, with the printing on the front side. Ideally, I want ones that will allow light to shine through the lettering. I know it will be dimmer being away from the LED, but I'm cool with that. So kinda like the keycaps Luke uses on the keyboard he repaired, but in a shine-through variety.

or this?

Nah I'm after the LED shining through the printing, I feel like that style defeats the purpose of having the top surface blank.

I can help out still, hrm.. Drop is inactive

Custom made PBT doubleshots with that would be Extremely expensive, so If you dont mind abs plastic then I guess go for them

Make sure you dont have a non standard home row keyboard as well.

I have read that the G710+ has some odd sized keycaps, which would probably be an issue. ABS is probably fine, I imagine that's what the standard caps are, and they feel just fine.
