Skyrim SE artifacting, bug??

Haha guess what I solved it...turns out it was a dragon that wasnt rendered properly and it was invisible. Imagine fighting an invissible fire dragon and that texture getting in your way too. I died several times but now that texture is gone, dragon dead and that area is bugfree haha :D

Hi, so I have this strange thing going on in the game that I do not know what causes it...I tried everything. Disabling mods, lowering graphics, limitinf fps to 60, forcing vsync, disabling shadows etc etc, nothing helps. Perhaps someone can help me?

Taht thing keeps following me, getting lerger, smaller wider or thiner and all just around that area it starts as you see from one point on the right and widens to the left like an arrowhead
