Best bluetooth Headphones

I was searching for wireless headphones the last days and got really good suggestions. But some of them can't connect to the phone via NFC or bluetooth.It would be usefull if you can name me some that are in the price range of 100-300$ because i dont want to spend to much but still want decent quality. (Preference is Sennheiser)

Sony have good ones, no idea how much Bose's QC35's are for you but they're pretty awesome.
