So I had a 2TB Hard drive from 2012 - clean and still in its anti-static bag, and I put it into my PC, but when I tried to download a game onto it, steam read it as corrupt. This was the only time the drive read as corrupt, was when I read it through steam.

After a reboot, it did not show up in my devices. Nowhere to be found, as if it were not even plugged in. I rebooted again, to no avail. A few days later, after my daily reboot, it showed up again... Steam crashed when I tried to redownload the game onto the drive but it still does appear in my devices as a "healthy" drive. What the hell is going on???

Apple employee: "Cheetah Fast. Lightning Fast. It's Really, really, fast."
